Sauna experience

This is a Finnish sauna experience.

Our sauna is wood-fired and built according to traditional Finnish principles. Heat is steady. Stones are fully warmed. Water poured onto them creates a soft, moving löyly that settles through the room.

The setting is the Stockholm archipelago.
Sea, rock, wind, and light are part of the experience. In winter, snow and ice. In summer, long days and quiet shorelines.

The sauna is reserved privately for your group.

These may include a birch or juniper or other seasonal whisk, a foot bath prepared with Nordic herbs and flowers, or natural scents for the sauna water.

Light food and beverages can also be arranged. Guests are welcome to bring their own.

Is there a shower and toilet on site?

Yes. We have modern shower facilities in the sauna and a toilet in the changing area.

What should we bring?

Swimwear if you prefer, and Nordic weather appropriate/warm clothing for outside. Sauna linens are provided. Towels are available on request.

Can we bring food or drinks?

Yes. Guests are welcome to bring their own. Light traditional Finnish/Nordic food and beverages can also be arranged upon request.
