What is included in the LUONA Sauna experience?

The experience includes private use of the wood-fired sauna for your group, sauna linens, access to the sea for swimming, modern shower facilities, a changing room with toilet, lounge areas, and a brief introduction on arrival. Optional additions such as a birch whisk, Nordic herbs, food and beverages, and transport can be arranged on request.

Is the sauna private or shared with other guests?

The sauna is always reserved exclusively for your group. No other guests share the space during your session. This is a fully private sauna experience from start to finish.

How long is the sauna session?

Sessions are 3 hours as standard, or as agreed. The sauna is available year-round and each booking is handled and planned personally to suit your group.

How much does a sauna session at LUONA Sauna cost?

A private sauna session for up to 6 guests starts from 5000 SEK (approximately 500 EUR / 500 USD), VAT included. The price covers 3 hours and may vary by season and day. Details are confirmed when you check availability.

How do I book LUONA Sauna?

All bookings are made by request. Write to luonasauna@gmail.com with your preferred date, number of guests, and any notes. We respond within 24 hours with availability and next steps. Sessions are offered in limited availability to preserve privacy and quality.

What is the difference between a Finnish sauna and a regular sauna?

A traditional Finnish sauna uses a wood-fired stove and natural sauna stones to create dry heat. Water poured onto the stones produces loyly: a soft, humid steam that is distinct from a steam room. The experience is slower and deeply connected to nature and silence. At LUONA Sauna, the sauna is built and run according to these traditional Finnish principles.
